Happy Besday Hubby!

My hubby loves durian so much that he wanted me to make a durian cake for him! Ok...everything was ready...the cake..the filling, but the durian cake became chocolate moist cake! hahaha...I had no time to layer the cake because my guests had arrived and the fastest thing to do was to ice the choc cake with the choc ganache! Sorry dear...i'll layer the durian cake soon yaa....

These cuppies were made after a very last minute order by Dila! She wanted the gum paste roses but unfortunately I couldn't find any ready mades in the store as it was Hari Raya and probably people have bought them all! So, I had to make them and the ones I made was not completely dried! Anyway, the design is as per her request and I think they look gorgeous! I hope your SIL likes it very much!
